Transparent Pricing.
No Surprises.

Fixed-fee contract review and legal services — you know exactly what you’ll pay before we start.

We believe physicians deserve the same clarity in legal fees that they expect in their contracts. That’s why we offer straightforward, fixed-fee pricing for all our services. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, no meter running while you ask questions.

The Cost of Not Getting a Review

A professional contract review is one of the highest-ROI investments you can make in your career. Consider what’s at stake:

Unclear RVU formulas

$20,000–$50,000+ in missed bonus compensation over the contract term

Overly broad non-compete

Forced relocation or career disruption if you need to leave

Tail coverage gap

$50,000–$150,000+ in malpractice insurance you didn't budget for

Weak termination clause

Trapped in a bad situation with no clean exit

Unfair partnership terms

Hundreds of thousands in equity value lost over your career

A few hundred dollars in review fees can protect tens — or hundreds — of thousands in compensation and career flexibility.

WHY THIS PRICE

Tier 1

This tier provides a thorough, line-by-line review by a licensed attorney, with every finding summarized in a clear, plain-language report, so you know exactly what you’re signing and where your risks lie.

Tier 2

This tier goes beyond identification. Your attorney prepares redlined edits ready to return to your employer, so you’re not left negotiating contract language on your own. When the employer responds, your attorney reviews their changes so you know exactly what was accepted, rejected, or modified.

Tier 3

This is full representation. You hand us the contract and we handle everything: every email, every counteroffer, every round of negotiation with the employer and their counsel, from first draft to final signature. You will not need to draft a single negotiation communication or determine next steps at any stage of the process.

FAQ

Pricing Questions

Why fixed-fee pricing instead of hourly billing?

Physicians value predictability. You shouldn't have to worry about the meter running every time you ask a question. Fixed fees mean you know exactly what you'll pay, and you can ask as many questions as needed within your package.

What if my contract is unusually long or complex?

Most employment contracts fit within our standard pricing. If your contract involves unusual complexity — multiple addenda, academic appointments with separate agreements, or multi-location arrangements — we'll discuss scope during your consultation and provide a custom quote if needed.

Do you offer payment plans?

At this time, we do not offer payment plans.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, debit card, and ACH transfers for your convenience. All payments are processed through a secure, trusted platform.

Is there a fee for the initial consultation?

No. The initial consultation is free. We'll discuss your contract situation, answer preliminary questions, and recommend the right service level — with no obligation.

What if I just have a quick question about my contract?

We're happy to answer general questions during your free consultation. If you need specific legal analysis or written guidance, that falls within our paid services.

Can I upgrade my package after starting?

Yes. If you start with a review-only package and decide you want consultation or negotiation support, we can upgrade your service level. We'll credit what you've already paid toward the higher tier.
